  • Gratuities are not included in any of our services. The industry average is 20% of your service fee.

  • Gift cards may be purchased in any denomination and mailed by calling (440) 356-9988
  • Cash, Personal Check, Mastercard, Visa & Discover and American Express are accepted.

All appointments require a credit card and phone number to book. Your card will not be charged until you checkout on the day of your service.

24 Hour Cancelation notice

  • cancel 24 hours or more in advance : No charge
  • Cancel day of prior to service : Pay 50% of service fee
  • No show : Pay 100% of service fee
